After being gaslit for years about my health, I finally gave up trying to nurse a shoulder injury from Christmas Eve.

Low and behold, I partially dislocated my shoulder and tore my AC ligament.

So, I guess this is to let you know not to listen to people who shame you for being sick or hurt. You know your body the best. Listen to it.

Also, don't try to work it out at the gym...
