"OCB X OP Wurst Quarterly Beer Pairing Dinner" at OP Wurst
Do you love beer and food? Want to do something special but have to work on Valentine's day? Join us for our first Quarterly Beer Pairing Dinner of 2018! Once a quarter OCB will be partnering with Olympia Provisions Wurst to create a unique pairing of our delicious craft beers with their gourmet seasonal dishes.
Our beer pairing dinner will include five courses where each course is accompanied by a complimentary craft beer to offer an enhanced flavor profile and dining experience. These exclusive dinners will feature the introduction and first taste of a new release beer and a special chance to meet OCB's Head Brewer, David Vohden, and OP Wurst's Executive Chef, Victor Deras. This event will take place at OP Wurst's SE Division location in Portland in their cozy firelplace nook. Limited spots available.

1st Course
Charred Octopus with calabrian chile, lemon oil, basil
*Paired with: "First City Festbier" German Marzen Lager
2nd Course
Risotto, with herbs
*Paired with: "Provision Pilsner" German style Pilsner
3rd Course
Fennel and Arugula salad with grapefruit, parsley, pickled carrots, preserved lemon vinaigrette
*Paired with: **NEW RELEASE** Special IPA
4th Course
Parsley Pecorino sausage, gnocchi, peas, brown butter cream sauce
*Paried with: "Searching for SasScotch" Barrel Aged Scotch Ale
5th Course
Panna Cotta with strawberries, chocolate ganache
*Paired with: "Stout Chocula" Imperial Stout with Cacao Nibs
Plus, a bonus taste of OCB's "Coming to Fruition: Cherry" wild sour ale aged in Pinot Noir barrels with tart cherries as a digestif.
