Installing OpenCV 3.0 and Python 3.4  on Windows

I recently decided to update to the newest OpenCV version (3.0) and wanted to add Python 3.4+ along with it. It took me a couple hours to set up because I couldn’t find a good tutorial on how to install them on Windows. So, here’s my attempt at a tutorial based on what I have just been through.
