About fifty or so years ago, it was a popular thing amongst wizards and witches to go to their own theme parks. As time passed and No-Majs got more and more technologically advanced it became more dangerous to run them and not nearly as much worth the effort. These parks were abandoned and became popular places for those with less than stirling reputations to spend their time, people like the infamous Peter Pan.
Peter was born in Florida to two very loving parents but when his magic began to manifest itself their love turned to fear. They tried to kill him one night but he escaped through his window and into the woods. He was ten years old and was pursued relentlessly. He ran for days and days and found himself at Neverland, an abandoned wizard theme park. The park was empty but he could feel the pulse of magic that ran through it. It was as if the place was alive, it made him feel powerful and unafraid. He began to reach out to other homeless children and those who were cast out by less than understanding parents.
Peter has had to turn to crime in order to get by and people fully expect that when he graduates from school, that will become a full time thing. He believes he’s destined for a life of danger and misdeeds and he’s perfectly alright with that. He doesn’t care if he gets arrested one day but he wants his lost boys and girls to escape that destiny.
