My baby girl is coming home tomorrow! 

(That's a cat, guys, just so you're all aware.)

But I spent the whole day panicking about it while I was going shopping for her stuff because it's like oh dear god I can hardly take care of myself some days why did I decide ANOTHER LIVING CREATURE was a good idea. 

So I called off work and spent the afternoon finishing up a project and then cleaning my entire apartment. Including vacuuming. Which I hate. And now 1) I feel like a grown-up and 2) I got her corner all set up and 3) I might actually sleep in a bed tonight and 4) I might actually sleep tonight. 

That is all. Just a little cyber pat on my own back for doing something responsible.

Operation Kitty is a go. I have managed step one: call a doctor. Did panic and hang up on the receptionist on the first try, but so far, so good.

Hey guys I played with feral kittens today.

We're trying to get them used to people so that they actually have a chance at getting new homes. 

If you didn't hold their scruff they'd like attack you lol
