In honor of Operation: Storytime, I will be posting the pages of my two children’s books from my “A Legacy Of The Pacific” series. These are suitable for all children but mainly for middle grade readers. The stories challenge kids to take an interest in ocean ecology and recycling by introducing them to characters who live in our coastal waters: Our marine heroes, Prince Solas, his elder sisters, Princess Ciona-Mara and Princes Bualile, and their friends Bubble the dolphin and Squeak the otter. Back at it again, starting the week off volunteering at another school !! #OperationStorybook 2019 w/ @itschiefthebrand & @themikemillions was a success ! THIS WEEK is #OperationStorybook at @sheltering_arms here in Atlanta. This is my second year participating and these young people from Mr. Tony's class always make me smile. This year's book was "How A Seed Grows" by Helene J. Jordan. Behind me are their 🌱 projects. They did great work in their gardens just in time for #EarthDay. My heart is full.
