tbh i love my tattoos and like, eventually u dont even notice it and even if it's not perfect u come to look at it as like. another mark on your body like freckles or stretch marks n shit. it's just a Part Of You now and why worry about parts of u that u cant change. but if it is 100% perfect then u can just admire it all the time

thank you guys ♥ and james I think that’s very true also. I won’t be getting it in a place that’s visible 100% of the time either so if I was even the slightest bit unhappy I think I would be fine??? anyway it’s a fuckin sick design regardless of the fallout connotation... that’s what I keep telling myself... and it won’t be even that large either... I know I know just preaching to the choir now...

I wanted my first tat to be bioshock but the butterfly mural is too big for me, for a first one. so I wanted to “test” myself with this one... and if I only want one it’s fine. fallout and bioshock are the loves of my life

Do you have a site where you can order prints?

Well I do have my RedBubble account but there’s mostly only sticker designs uploaded, and only one print (due request), but I could start uploading more prints there if people wished so (so if you’d like I’d upload some specific picture, just send me an ask and I’ll look if the resolution is enough for an art printing!).

Personally not sure what to make those out of. How’d you keep your heel on your boots with the spats?

oh jeez! i only just saw this forgive me it's late and i hope you find this at some point

i used craft foam! like, those kinda thin sheets that come in packs of about 8 with all different colours? 

i used that for the heel and the metal bits, just cut to shape, about 3 coats of spray paint and a top coat of a spray-on acrylic sealer, then attached with hot glue because that's the best thing that'd stick to the faux leather. it should be noted that when i was painting/sealing the bits for the boots, i had them blu-tacked to an old pair of boots out in the shed just so they'd retain their shape and the paint wouldn't crack as much

if anyone ever has questions about how i do anything feel free to ask but like, be warned i am not a cosplay guy and i make shit up as i go

Ohhhh fuck I remember naooooo so I just used water that was tinted from my paint and pretty much water colors it. Also u can airbrush or paint the leather. Only thing I could think of. :/ it’s what I’m probably going to do

ohh! i think i'll use that for my pants/t-shirt, that sounds like the easiest way to do that. but yeah, i might buy myself an airbrush and play with that a little bit, the only other thing i could think of for leather would be using oils or something to naturally stain it

it's alright, i understand! and you've already helped me a bit with some things. still, the beauty of borderlands cosplay is that the rough style of the art means it's very easy to fuckup and say you meant to do that
