Purina Glucotest brand Feline Urinary Glucose Detection System gives you an easier way to help ensure diabetic cats are well controlled at home. The indicator pieces work in the litter box to alert owners of changes in urine glucose levels that may require veterinary attention. Glucotest is added to your usual cat box filler and reacts to urine with distinct color changes to indicate the level of glucose in your cat's urine. Glucotest pieces that have changed color should be read daily and removed from the litter box. After five days of testing, descard the entire contents fo the litter box and return to normal litter box preparation and care.
