Feelin like I'm on track this week. I budgeted my food well today, cuz I knew I was going out with my friend for dinner. Got in a lot more protein cuz I decided to drink a protein shake before (as my snack) and after my workout (for recovery)...I went with Optimized Nutrition's Hydro Whey in Chocolate...pretty yummy actually.
Tomorrow I have a session with the trainer at the gym. I'm hopin he can give me more direction than what I have, I feel a little scatter brained when I go. I never know what to work on or which exercise to do, there are so many options. I would say it's a lil overwhelming.
But I had a pretty good session today anyway, on my own. I'm definitely getting stronger, there's no question. Thank goodness.
