FAKERY, PHUCKERY AND FELONIOUS FOOLS
Guam Contractors License Board director Eduardo Ordonez is a crook. One of those eager, 'dumb criminals' poster boys that Eddie Calvo and Ray Tenorio are so fond of. And he is the head of an agency well-known in the business community for soliciting bribes, forging time sheets and a host of other shady practices.
When island media reported that an Election Commission staffer discovered his own name and forged signature on a petition for Ray Tenorio that he did not sign, guamblog received a message. From Ordonez's former private secretary at the agency, SiahMae Nelsen.
SiahMae Nelsen worked at the Guam Contractors’ Licensing Board, when during the second trimester of pregnancy, she was hospitalized. Afterward, doctors placed Nelsen on bed rest for several days. Her boss Eduardo Ordonez terminated her because her pregnancy inconvenienced him.
Ordonez signed and turned in petitions that attest that he was the one to circulate the petitions and that each signature on each petitions were signed in his presence. Which he now admits was a lie.
By signing the petitions, Ordonez also certified that "each signature is the genuine signature of the person purporting to sign" the name listed on the petition. Another lie, of course.
When I informed my (former) director about the instructions from my doctor, Ordonez refused to sign my leave request. A meeting was held, with me and my husband, to inform me I was terminated. Eventually I was granted leave though, but only because he never reads whatever he signs. But, when Ordonez realized he unintentionally approved my leave for the remainder of my pregnancy he tried to rescind it. I’ve been officially terminated effective the end of my maternity leave.
