Good apps for tracking
(All of these I use for iPhone, I don’t know their availability on other devices) • sleep cycle: tracks sleep patterns and has helped with my insomnia. It also has a alarm clock feature, that doesn't allow the general forever snooze, and only allows you to press snooze so many times. And you can use your own music for free. • round: medication tracking app. Gives you reminders when you need to take medication, and also when you need to get a refill. Great for when you have to take multiple medications throughout the day, when you might be busy (or just really bad memory) you can schedule them for everyday, every other day, scheduled days per week/month, or as needed. •next: deadline tracking app that helps manage time for large projects. Sadly does not have an hourly/minute options so you can't super micro manage your time, but it works great as a steps app and great for getting things done. Love to use it to get stuff done because I know I don't have to do two things at once. •HabitBull: a bit looser of a time management app that doesn't have as sharp deadlines, but more of a things to-do app. Schedule things for certain days, repeated days, monthly, etc. I personally use it for clean up reminders and practice reminders. These are apps that work for me and my personal brain, feel free to add on with other apps that you find helpful to organize your life. These are all good if you like checking things off and having all things on a list checked.
