Want ad for a security team based off of the witchers of Kaer Morhen for the upcoming sci-fi horror rp, ORIGIN

Security Team Wolf is one of the many security teams assigned aboard the Kigen-V, consisting primarily of former soldiers for the mega-corporation TitanCorps’ private military. All of them (except CIRI) have been fitted with cybernetic implants courtesy of TitanCorps to increase their effectiveness as soldiers. This includes the ability to see in darkness and faster reflexes. While they all don’t necessarily get along all of the time, they are very good at what they do, and know when to put their petty squabbles aside. Upon waking from cryo, they have been assigned to provide security for the Iki Deck and the scientists that work there.

This want ad is loosely based off of The Witcher franchise, specifically the witchers of the School of the Wolf, but having read/watched/played any of the media is not required. Descriptions use pronouns of the character they’re based on, but feel free to change as needed. If you’re interested, please join the site Discord and reach out!

Geralt is just a guy doing a job. He’s always tried to hold to that, but despite the fact that he says he doesn’t like to get involved with other people, he has an innate sense of doing the right thing, which is how he’d ended up being labeled a hero during his TitanCorps soldier days. He endures an endless amount of teasing from the rest of the team because of it.

VESEMIR  reserved for vive, 50+

Vesemir is probably too old for this shit, but he can’t see himself doing anything else except soldiering. He’s never had a family of his own, so he’s come to see the people that he works with as his family, and as he’s grown older, those he’s trained and guided have become like his surrogate children. Even though he knows they can all take care of themselves, Vesemir feels a deep sense of responsibility for those under his command, and is also always prepared with a quick lesson or a reminder of the fundamentals, should anyone need it. Vesemir serves as the team leader for Security Team Wolf.

ESKEL reserved for grim, 35+

Eskel is easily the most levelheaded of the members of Security Team Wolf. He is mature and reliable, and doesn’t stoop to petty squabbling like some of his other teammates do. Eskel doesn’t talk much about his past, preferring to keep focused on the task at hand. But even if he doesn’t talk about it, everyone who was a part of the TitanCorps military knows the story of the accident caused by a young soldier under his charge that left Eskel practically more machine than man. Despite everything, he hasn’t lost faith in the soldiers to his left and right, and currently serves as Vesemir’s second-in-command.

LAMBERT reserved for kari, 30+

Lambert is an asshole and everyone, including Lambert himself, knows this to be a fact. He’d never wanted to be a soldier and seems to take that out on everyone around him. But for all his gripping and constant need to pick fights with people, Lambert is good at what he does and would never let his own feelings about his profession get in the way of supporting his team. That being said, he has no shortage of venom to spit about his lot in life and how little choice he’d had in becoming a soldier for TitanCorps and then Project Origin, and everyone around him has just had to accept the fact that Lambert never will be pleasant to be around.

CIRI reserved for fox, 18+

Ciri was never supposed to end up with Security Team Wolf. As the child of the CEO of TitanCorps, her father had much bigger plans for her, although those plans were derailed when someone made an assassination attempt on the whole family. Perhaps it was just because she was trying to survive or maybe this served as the perfect excuse to run away from a future she had no interest in, but Ciri hid herself among the soldiers of TitanCorps. Whether the rest of the team knows who she really is is up to whoever plays her.
