18. first book you plan to read next year?

i honestly haven't decided yet! but one book that i am planning on reading next year is War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy! i've had a physical copy for nearly ten years, since being obsessed with the musical Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812. so i want to finally commit to reading it even if it takes all year! i mght try do like a chapter a day.

20. a book you are excited about coming out next year?

one of many books that i'm excited about coming out next year is Behind Five Willows by June Hur! it is described as "a warm and romantic homage to Jane Austen set in historical Korea, about a reader and a writer who secretly fight against government book banning and find themselves irresistibly drawn together" that is heavily inspired by Pride and Prejudice!

3. Favorite musical artist / group you started listening to this year?

i am Pretty sure i only started listening to pixies this year in which case i think they have to take the top spot bc i have listened to quite a bit of them! shoutout to mon rovîa and cricket blue as well <3

9. Best month for you this year?

probably july or august! july bc of artfight & august bc i went on a lot of trips although admittedly that in itself was kind of stressful lol (3 different trips in the 3 weeks i had between the summer and fall semesters) but i had a lot of fun on the last one

19. What’re you excited about for next year?

REALLY EXCITED ABT THE MUSICAL!!!! also will probably go see a show at some point bc my aunt told me to pick one as my birthday gift this year but we still haven’t decided what yet so that will be fun. ummm also my engineering friend group is planning on finally starting our dnd campaign this semester so fingers crossed that that actually happens 🤞
