Orion women, or some of them at least, in my opinion, had only been gradually evolving without the need for pheromones and the fact that people have devised ways to counteract its effects, the Orion Women's pheromones have been gradually been evolving out which is way there are some women being born without those pheromones, such as the Tendi family which I firmly believe once had pheromones in their bloodlines but gradually evolved out of it due to people's incentive ways to render its effects inert.
This is what I believe, anyway. Theory Ends.

Chapters: 1/1 Fandom: Star Trek, Star Trek: Alternate Original Series (Movies) Rating: General Audiences Warnings: No Archive Warnings Apply Characters: Gaila (Star Trek: Alternate Original Series), Original Vulcan Character, Original Female Character(s) Additional Tags: Orion, Vulcans, Starfleet Academy Era (Star Trek) Summary:
Gaila is not an acceptable study partner. Gaila sits too loudly. Gaila's drinks have crunchy things in them, which is baffling as well as irritating. Who conceives of such drinks, and why?
Starfleet Academy cadets T'Mani (Vulcan) and Gaila (Orion), assigned to a shared project, have a study date in the library. T'Mani has a few—no, many—complaints about this arrangement.
(A response to the question, "How much would it annoy a Vulcan to have to do a group project with Gaila?" A lot, probably.)

Shego from Kim Possible looks like how I imagine an Orion/human to look like. Even fanart of Vulcans with green skin reminds me of Shego.
