If I may ask, what do you mean by describing yourself as a, “sanguine?”
The OSPP scale is an idea from Ancient Greek medicine, based on the four different temperaments of the body. While not used in modern mainstream medicine (some traditional practitioners still use it however), it is still well known due to its spiritual significance and presence. It is perhaps one of the oldest, possibly the first, use of something akin to a theory of personality. Sanguine, Choleric, Melancholic and Phlegmatic were the terms used to describe the effect and use of these humors on human behavior.

Personally I use it just cause I’m extra, but I think it’s very interesting to have a way to link yourself to people of the past, and their theories.
Edit: I’m dumb turns out I’ve been Phlegmatic this whole time
