Will forever be that crazy dog-mom who won’t stop posting / taking pics of (& WITH) their pup, buys them early Christmas presents bc their birthday falls way to close (& I don’t want her to feel “jipped”) - let’s them sleep in my own bed, mixes up wet & dry food for every meal, only chooses THE BEST doggie daycare companies, gets a job JUST so I can be present with them more often for walks + playtime NOT just during the weekends...& will watch them+kiss them while they sleep for long enough until I’ve literally forgotten to check the time-😂 (& then not care how much time has passed bc they deserve all the love & attention I have to give) - Anyone else??🙋🏼‍♀️😆 Where my crazy dog mommas at? Mondays:⁣⁣ -Waking up early.⁣⁣ -Hopping between our office in #phoebetherv & the pool deck for some sunshine☀️⁣⁣ -Playing & cuddling with #ourlolapup (we finally gave in & got her a shock collar {for TRAINING purposes only} believe me I didn’t want to get one for so long Bc it sounded so mean, but it’s been helping SO MUCH!!)⁣⁣ -& checking in on my CURRENT “100 workouts challenge” accountability babes⚡️ —> basically they’re killing it & the results only 2-3 weeks in are MINDBLOWING...so I thought I’d share🤩⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Blessed to actually be this STOKED about getting back into our everyday “routine” again after coming off the road...instead of dreading my Monday, I’ve LOVED getting back to work full force.🙌🏽⁣⁣ ⁣ Anyways, can ya give my girlies some LOVE?!?! I know it’s late rn- but tbh we just got home & haven’t EVEN had dinner yet...😂⁣⁣ Where has this day gone.🙉⁣⁣ ⁣ See Chad’s band had their very first showcase IN Nashville tonight, so the main priority- was getting there early, bringing the things they needed(that they forgot at home lol), looking decent-a lil makeup & brushing my hair seemed good enough, and getting all my work AND workout done beforehand!⁣ Was so nervous for them- ALL day long, so in the process of worrying, I forgot half the #adulting101 things I was also supposed to do...⁣ ⁣⁣ So- naturally, I grocery shop on the way back from the concert at 10pm🙈 & pick up a #dairyfree #glutenfree pizza from @daiyafoods (literally- THE best)⁣🤤⁣ ⁣⁣ Then Chad & I meet at home-⁣⁣ We’re putting pizza in the oven while unloading groceries & feeding #ourlolapup her dinner (that I forgot to feed her before I left earlier🙈) ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ While ALSO chatting about the show tonight & how INCREDIBLE it went.🤩🎉⁣ -⁣⁣ We may be messy at times, we may fight, we may stay up WAY too late eating pizza on random occasions Bc we forgot about dinner...⁣😬⁣ We may forget a lot of the actually important things- (like feeding your poor dog &/or selves) because we’re so busy building businesses, raising our #dogchild & handling rvlife with EVERY ounce of energy we have.⁣ ⁣ But no matter what-⁣⁣ Whether it’s early mornings & superfood Shakes,⁣⁣ Or Netflix binges & ice cream parties....⁣ ⁣⁣ We’re doing our best.⁣⁣ We’re not perfect.⁣⁣ But we’re ALWAYS striving for better.⁣⁣ Really,⁣⁣ this is the stuff that makes us; US.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ And I love us.❤️ . . . . . #teamwholehearted #beating50percent #authenticlovemag #thislove #leadwithlove #youremylobster #mylobster #hesmylobster #thisisus (at Indianapolis, Indiana) https://www.instagram.com/p/B0C8yJihMKF/?igshid=ldtyf3kesu41

I could be driving home in traffic after teaching a yoga class... Or after an 8 hour shift on my feet at the health-food market. - I could be out on the road-living it up in a tour-bus for the 12th night in a row, weeks or even months away from seeing my little fam or a hot meal of any kind... - Yet I’m currently on my second plane of the day back home to Nashville & Chad & @phoebetherv & my little lola bean🐶 #ourlolapup after a weekend of travel & being totally spoiled with gifts & time with some of my very best friends. (Yes, For work😉) - All because I never gave up on chasing after the LIFE I wanted to live.(rather than the life I was told to live) - All because I didn’t let the guilt of “not using my schooling” stop me from trying something new. - All because I wasn’t afraid to fail. - All because I believed that i deserved better than living paycheck to paycheck. - All because I chose late nights of work that set my SOUL on fire rather than Netflix binges. - All because I decided to start treating my body RIGHT for once & STICK to that for more than a week. - All because someone believed in me... - My life looks completely different NOW, than it did 2.5 years ago. And I couldn’t be more grateful. - So I want you to know, it’s not just a gift for me... It’s a gift for YOU too. If you want it. YOU can CHOOSE a better way. A better life. Half the reason I always wanted to be able to work wherever (mainly from home) is so I can be with this cutie all day long😇 - She’s honestly growing up to be SUCH a fantastic doggie. Officially classified as chad & my #dogchild and my FAVORITE thing about her is that she is so obsessed with being with us! We’ve been experimenting out here in the country with letting her out to potty with NO leash, and NEVER ever has she gone to far or tried running away!!!🙌🏽 She even whines & cries when I’m busy doing things & not willing to sit down for some cuddles😂 - All in all, she’s my why. And I think that probably sounds crazy... since she’s a dog an all, but maybe not? Because she has part of my heart❤️ - What about you??? Feelin’ on top of the 🌎 this morning!!! Been working hard ALL morning because i decided its time for Lola & I to go on adventure👩🏼‍💻 - Just because chads gone doesn’t mean we don’t get to have any fun back here at home?! - A HUGE reason i was so interested in coaching in the beginning was the opportunity to wake up early, crank out some work, and then head on my way to explore new towns and places I’ve never been.
