Headcannon!: Some day Sam gets married, and has a baby daughter whom he names Jessica in honor of Jess. And he does everything with her, from having little tea parties, to coloring in her coloring books. He would always welcome Dean over, but make sure he never mentioned anything about hunting because he wouldn't want little Jess to follow in the family business. And he wouldn't let Dean take her out alone, or babysit until he was sure he wouldn't do anything stupid. Because lets face it.. its Dean.
Sam would have all these cute little nicknames for her too, like love bug, little princess, sweet heart, and pumpkin. He'd try to keep all things hunting related away from her, but... she'd probably find out about when she's in her teens. Then he would teach her everything he knows, and never let her go out on a hunt until she's like 112.
In conclusion, Sammy needs a child. Dean can't have all the kids >:c
