♥ - What does ‘love’ mean to them?

To him, love is probably the most dangerous thing out there. When you love someone, there’s no telling what you’d do, and how you’d react around them. A loved one’s existence is the biggest surprise, because you don’t choose who you love or how strongly you love them. You love someone so much, your body moves without your intention. You have no control.

Love is dangerous, but it’s something so unique and so special and every once in a while it feels so warm…

✓ - How do they react to praise?

He’d deny it openly, calling said person a liar. (In very few cases would he honestly accept praise, like in his songwriting.) Perhaps before he became a recluse, he would have accepted it easily, not taking it very seriously.

But the older Shintaro, who’s past year was lived in recluse, without any outside stimuli, nor any wish to be praised, ended up thinking that since he didn’t get praise, it was because he doesn’t deserve it. Hence, his reaction to it.

❄ -  Favorite season and why?

Summer! At a time before STR, he hated it, and wanted nothing to do with it. The heat was unbearable to him in every sense. But then, summer became something precious. A time of remembering how, in a moment, his life changed so drastically. How he had no friends to having become a member of the Mekakushi Dan, to having regretted losing his old friends to finding them again, to have his life become so unbelievably bright and happy.

I like to think that every summer, he instigated a reunion between everybody, for old times sake.
