Things Ho-Oh looks for in a partner: (Got bored and decided to post this.)

He wants someone that will be there a lot, not someone who is only around every once in awhile. 

He can be very needy so the other would have to be able to handle that. 

He won't always make the first move, sometimes he wants them to start.

He is also very affectionate when he is with someone, so again they'd need to be okay with that. 

He'd also prefer to get to know them first before jumping into anything. 

(Eh, if there is anything else I will add to it later. Just thought that I would put this here.)
