Since I named myself, I’m named after the characters in Ace Attorney and Outlast. Klaus is a TUA reference and a nod to my birthplace being in southern Germany. When I say my middle name is “Deliverance”, I’m being a jackass to honor my dad’s side of the family. 

② WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED ?

Good question, when was the last time I cried?

③ DO YOU HAVE KIDS ?

Not ones that don’t have four legs and shit in a perfumed sandbox.

④ DO YOU USE SARCASM A LOT ?

Absolutely, I also use sailor-language and talk like a greaser who licked a dictionary as a kid.

Scary movie, one of my favorite films of all time is Evil Dead.

I have a near-perfect memory of the first three books of Paradise Lost and I can pick up celtic/anglo-saxon languages pretty fast.

Regensburg, Germany.

Reading shit older than dirt, writing like I’m older than dirt, getting way too into MMORPGS and looter shooter games, reading/writing comics, and sleeping in my jeans.

Two cats. Thunder/Fatman/Big Chungus/Hunkachunka Burning Love, and his smaller, younger counterpart Gaia/Ginger/Little Chonk.

⑫ WHAT SPORTS DO YOU PLAY/HAVE YOU PLAYED ?

I used to do a lot of martial arts (Karate, MMA, Street self-defense, and grappling) up until I had to have my nose and spine surgically realigned and couldn’t feasibly be punched in the face or thrown across a room anymore.

⑭ DREAM JOB ?

Some type of haggard professor of medieval literature who all his students go “Oh, shit. He was serious about that paper” at some point in their time with me.

⑮ FAVORITE SUBJECT AT SCHOOL ?

One of my favorite classes I currently take is on the analysis of apocalypticism in medieval art, but translating Middle English is a close second.

Well, it’s been a fucking life and a half since I’ve fucked around out here, huh?

Let’s put some things on Tha’ Good Ol’ Fashioned Record since some things have changed since I was kicking around here last:

The name’s MK, and I’m a poet with an english degree who spends his free time as a gallery curator at a tattoo shop. I used to be an emcee and a talent agent before I got into a Great Big Row with the CAA and Paradigm. My thesis is on comics and secondary epics/Abrahamic mysticism.

AS FOR THE BLOGS:

You might remember me from such hits as “Demonkingofnewark”, “Heroxfm”, or “Horribleblender” (Hits is a tentative term). As of about five months ago, I separated from a very long relationship that ultimately had some massively negative effects on me as a person. And when I mean negative, I mean “Massively having to re-account for who I am as a person beyond hostile influence”. That being said, a majority of my blogs were connected to this person, so I’ve had to go around uprooting a lot of canon in order to separate myself from them and gedda fecking move on with my life.

WHAT’S IN STORE FOR BOOZEPRIEST

Mickey’s background and some basic facts have changed to illustrate how his cannon has changed in the last few months! Stories will be posted with some additional new art in new tags. Pardon the dust!

due to some, er. really shitty circumstances relating to my work life causing a mental health chain reaction (some insideous transphobic/ableist nepotism that cost me my job, a flare up of imposter syndrome, an instance of mockery, and the manic self destruction cherry on top), i’ve been a little slow on the draw to get to greeters/starters for new followers.

needless to say, this is a thank you to everyone currently following for showing interest in this blog, this is how i’m trying to cope with a lot of shit happening in my life.
