Not long ago Felix realized of all the things he's painted, he's never actually done a painting of a person. Plenty of drawings, illustrations, and the like but never something with his beloved oils. So he tried some small ones with reference photos and... well... they weren't his best work....
Okay they were leagues away from his best work. Something in his brain just wasn't connecting between paint and people. Felix, rather reluctantly, knew the solution to that was drawing from life. The idea of hiring a model was much too nerve wracking for him so he opted to ask his friends.
Honestly when Hallelujah volunteered himself Felix was shocked. He was expecting Hallelujah to volen-tell Amaline to model for him. Despite the surprise Felix wasn't going to say no to the chance to paint the massive man.
