Note: Making task lists
📒 Have you ever found yourself making lists of things to do and then feeling disappointment when you don’t accomplish them when you expect to? It’s common for many of us to underestimate how much time it takes to do things, so in addition to making to-do lists (if you like), also keep track of how much time it takes for you to do tasks.
📝 For example, if you need to clean the garage, try remembering how long it takes you to do it. Then, take note of how long it actually took you. The numbers may be different!
😣 This personally helps me because sometimes I find that I have to scrap my to-do list due to flare-ups or PMS. It can be frustrating, but by taking note of what I need to do and how long it takes to do it, I can reschedule it with less anxiety. I don’t know, it’s kind of helpful for me!
