Today was the first day since 22 July 2025 (he died on my 28th birthday) that I was able to listen to multiple Ozzy songs in a row without bursting into tears. I felt teary and sad, but I sang, danced, smiled, acknowledged the primal ache in my chest, and spent time with my grief.

But today I could finally listen to multiple songs in a row, even still. It hurt, but it felt so good. My birthday will never be the same again, but it'll always remind me to stop, spend time with Ozzy, and raise a glass to him.

We miss you, Ozzy.🖤💔

I made a post about Motorhead online (context for this, Ozzy Osbourne and Lemmy Kilmister, the lead singer of Motorhead, frequently toured and made music together), and some random guy said "yeah, my friends in the 80s convinced me to go see a solo show for this guy named Ozzy, he used to be the lead singer of Black Sabbath" mf I know im like 4 years old in your mind, but I know who Ozzy fucking Osbourne is😭 (this was a few months after his death)
