Let's Brawl ⦽ { Nero & Minho }
Technically, Minho didn't actually need that much sleep. To be honest (and he's tried it), all he had to do was meditate in the middle of a very sunny day or an extremely well-lit room filled with LED lights for a few hours and he'd have enough light to charge himself exactly like how sleep would. As it were though, Minho actually enjoyed the act of turning one's brain off to allow his body to recuperate in an utterly natural way. However, considering his busy schedule with teaching at the school and his residency in Busan, the mutant often found himself short on time to spare for himself and this amazing phenomenon called 'sleep.' Even so, it was easy to absorb too much light. Usually, Minho was careful about this (he didn't want to go supernova on anyone, after all), but the week had been exhausting, and Minho had stayed in a meditative state an hour more than he had intended. He needed to get rid of the energy, and he needed to do it now. The best way, the adult concluded, was to go to the Danger Room.
Quietly, the teacher made his way from his room and outside. As soon as Minho stepped outside, he allowed his body to light up like a human glow stick to better light up his surroundings. The campus grounds were quiet, a musky scent of trees and nature hanging about the air. In the distance, an owl hooted, its lonely yet resonant call bouncing through the open space. The moonlight from above cast shadows that stretched across the grounds, which all immediately receded into whatever object that they were cast by to hide from Minho's glow.
Quickly, Minho arrived at the Danger Room and swiftly let himself in. There seemed to be no one else there. Awesome. That meant he could just run the simulation as planned. It'd be different from the last one he ran with Storm; repeats were cool, but not every time. As Minho began to set the simulation up though, he heard someone enter.
Well. There went my plans of a lonely evening.
Minho sighed as he turned to face the person who had just entered, and was about to say something incredibly staff-like when he saw who it was. "Oh- good evening, Nero," the mutant greeted the student, nodding his head in acknowledgement. "Up so late again?"
