Before you embark on a journey of revenge, dig two graves ll Vanessa & Nick
"It's all I could do Vanessa-" "Tough, you should have done what was asked of you" "Bu-" the two women's conversation was cut short by the sharp slap against Morgana's pale porcelain skin as Vanessa's hand darted out to make contact with her cheek in one sharp movement, the sound it made echoing through the room as silence fell between the two women. "It wasn't good enough" came Vanessa's responding hiss as she raised an eyebrow, the smaller woman cowering from the sudden attack. "I-I'm so sorry Vanessa..." came Morgana's whisper, choked by the unshed tears she would hold onto for later, hidden away in the privacy of her room. Vanessa merely chuckled as she backed away, grabbing her coat from it's casual resting place of the back of her desk chair. "Not yet, sweetheart but you will be" she whispered, winking playfully before exiting the building and onto the street.
Barely five minutes later, she strode into Outsider territory, the side of Walterton she once feared, yet now she walked there with more confidence, knowing that although she lived there now, it was not where she belonged. She was better then them. Better then this pathetic town. Striding to the her destination, she banged on the door. "Lyons, open the door, we need to talk" she called, figuring the young man she had enlisted was merely sleeping of the mother of all hangovers, not that it wouldn't surprise her.
