Mark is not the type to favor the crowd, he would always choose the serenity of being alone than the anxiety that people bring. However, when he scored two ride-all-you-can tickets to Lotte World for free, he would be lying if he said he was not more than excited. It is going to be his first time in an amusement park; the closest he ever got to these were pictures and videos over the internet. Now there he was in a cab heading straight to LotteWorld beside him, one of his closest friends, Jackson. The person he remembers sending dozens of desperate texts and selcas to convince the other to come with him.
One simply cannot explain Jackson in words, well that’s Mark thinks at least. The two met through a mutual friend, dragging Mark into a party like he had no other choice but to come tag along. There he was introduced to people he barely even remembers but ofcourse, there was this one black sheep that left quite an impression – it was Jackson. They’ve been really good friends after that, one of Mark’s best actually but he does not want to admit that, especially not in front of Jackson who’d probably rub it in his face. Jackson just seemed to get Mark, even from the very beginning. Mark remembers how Jackson tried so hard to make him comfortable during that party, the boy made sure the Nephilim was always okay and pretty much did not leave him alone. From then on, his friend never did really change he always was there, and Mark was more than happy Jackson is here for company to his first ever Lotte World experience.
The moment they step in, Mark gets quite nervous but he shrugs it off once he sees a headband shop. “Hey! We need to get one of those! They always get those in dramas! I think it’s a ritual kind of thing.” Mark says as a matter of fact-ly. It was silly but Mark knew he wanted those cat ears and maybe that huge red bow for Jackson. “Come on! Time’s a wasting!” Mark practically grasps Jackson’s hand and drags him away into the said shop.
