Resting against the headboard, Kendall released a soft sigh as she shifted to find more comfort in her position only to have the little boy at her side look up from his stuffed animals and watch her move before returning his attention to them. They had been like this for most of the day, spending it in bed watching all sorts of shows. Kendall honestly couldn’t remember the last time she had watched so many cartoon episodes but it had obviously been completely worth it. Her eyes went from whatever episode of Criminal Minds was on, to the blonde haired child just within her grasp. “Daddys going to be on this way up soon. ”You can’t tell him until we get to show him, okay, baby?” Her right hand went up to his head, slowly bringing her fingers through his hair. Lucas glanced at her, nodding his head at her words before handing her a stuffed animal and smiling at her. “You just wait until you get to see how happy he’ll be, it’s just how happy he was when we got to feel you move. But he had a lot of work and didn't get to be around very much, you'd never be upset with him for that though, and I hope you'll never be. He loves you more than anything, and you know that, right, my angel?" Once again Kendall gained a nod, causing her to pull Lucas into her arms, resting him on her chest and above her belly. "Mummy's little angel." She exclaimed, pressing kisses all over his little face and having him squeal with excitement.
