nothing says 'date' like a break in | emma & soryong
it had only been a few days since emma spotted soryong in hogsmeade. just seeing his face, no, just the thought of him being so close and brought out all sorts of emotions she had been trying to bury deep when he and his brother had left her. she should have moved on. if her father had been alive, maybe she would have been able to, but as it were, seeing him just reminded her of how much she had loved him and how lonely her heart had become.
she had left with soryong. owls from the school found her, asking where she had gone. although she didn't tell them where, she did have the courtesy to let them know that she was okay but that she wouldn't be coming back to school. why would she? she had her o.w.ls and had even taken her n.e.w.ts early. what was there left for her there?
the sun was setting and emma was sitting up on soryongs couch, doing up the laces on her boots. she had cast a silencing charm on them, to make sure that she didn't make any noise. there was one thing she needed before she could fully move on with soryong and that was her stuff. she was nervous but she had soryong. he was good at being sneaky, surely. "my heart is moving too fast." she whispered.
