Underworlds | Anubis & Hades
It’s been a little while since Hades spoke to Anubis at the hospital, but he still remembers agreeing with the other to grab a drink together and have a chat. As gods dealing with the dead, they figured there’s a lot they can share with each other about the way the world works. And currently they have yet to make such conversation happen.
Which is why Hades had left a note at Anubis’ office asking the other god for them to meet up that particular night for drinks. He’d appointed the Honeypot as their place of meeting, mostly because he likes the drinks there so much, and had assigned an hour of 9 pm in order for the both of them to have managed grabbing dinner already before meeting up.
It seems like the best way to meet up, making sure that the both of them can have settled their business and just arrive for a nice and comfortable chat. Which is exactly how he gets there, fifteen minutes early so he can secure them a good table, and already ordering himself a pint of mead to be able to spend his time waiting for the other god to arrive at ease.
He’s become quite fond of the Honeypot, even more so of its current owner, and so spending time there hardly tends to be a chore. But having a pint to keep you company is always better than being alone, after all.
