Design as a Discussion Too often we find ourselves trying to please our professors with our projects. Sure, grades are important. Nevertheless, during college you begin to form a portfolio and if said portfolio is simply a carbon copy of what your professor wants, chances are your portfolio is not a true representation of you as a designer/architect.
