My oldest kiddo is into hiking, camping, survivalist activities, and such. I got this backpack because of all of the nice features it has. When I received this and opened the box, the first thing I noticed was that this backpack is lightweight, but also made very well. The stitching looks strong and the zippers look durable. Not cheap like some backpacks. To me it looks like this will last for quite a while, as opposed to the kind we have bought from the clearance rack at the store. With this backpack my kiddo is able to take his laptop and/or tablet and phone, in the special padded zipper. After that, there is enough room for snacks, water… and really aything he wants to take with him. This has pockets that make organization very easy, and he can find just what he wants very quickly. This is a perfect fit for my kiddo, he loves the straps because not only are they adjustable they are also cushioned, which helps with comfort, when carrying a heavy load. When not in use, this backpack is easy to fold up into a smaller pack, making storing it very easy! As a Mom, I like that it comes with a reflective strip already on it (so no need to add one myself), since he is often out at night, this strip makes him easily seen to protect him in the locations he likes to camp at. The price was in our budget and it comes in 3 colors, I chose black, as that is what my kiddo prefers. I recommend this backpack to anyone who needs a backpack for any reason. Not only do I think that it is strong and sturdy for outdoor activities, but it will work well for school and carrying heavy books, laptop/tablet, and anything needed for school.
