It starts with fresh ingredients including flat noodles, sliced pork, fish sauce, sugar, ground chilli, lime seasoning powder, seasoning powder, ground pepper, dark soy sauce, egg and Chinese kale stir-fried together. Once the ingredients are prepped, it takes less than 15 minutes to cook!

Ingredients: flat noodles Chinese kale sliced pork fish sauce sugar ground chilli lime seasoning powder seasoning powder ground pepper dark soy sauce 1 egg
Instructions: 1. Soak flat noodles in water for 30 minutes. 2. Pour water out, the noodles are now ready to cook. 3. Preheat the pan over low heat for a minute. 4. Spray the bottom of the pan with a cooking spray and use cooking brush to spread the oil evenly over the bottom. 5. Add sliced pork and cook for 1 minute. 6. Add flat noodles and water. Cook until the noodles are soft, it will take around 4-5 minutes. 7. Add dark soy sauce and gently mix everything with spatula for about 30 seconds. 8. Add fish sauce, sugar, ground chilli, lime seasoning powder, ground pepper and seasoning powder. Mix everything together. 9. Make a space in the pan for the egg. Crack the egg into the pan and cook for 1 minute. 10. Mix everything in the pan together. 11. Add Chinese kale and cook for 1-2 minutes. 12. Turn the heat off and serve.
