Day 5:

Resources and abilities:

Where did they learn their abilities? The healing and holy fighting were all taught to him in a small but prestigious school for people entering the way of a Paladin.

If they have an income, where does it come from? Though it's a very meager income, he recieves payment from the castle for serving closely its inhabitants.

Do they have a job? Do they like it? How do they feel about their co-workers? His job is both a warrior in the human kingdom and the main healer/holy man. He rather likes his job, although it ends up with him bruised and battered with not much to show. As for his co-workers, he likes many of them, although he knew they don't feel the same way about him.

Day 4:

What are some of your character’s hobbies? What do they do with their time? Timid and unskilled as he is, Butters tends to keep himself within the kingdom for fear of not returning. He does a lot of tending to the garden and reading in the library, since the castle doesn't offer much entertainment for people besides the king and princess.

Favorite color? Would you believe it, blue.

Favorite music artists? Movies or TV shows? Books or authors? Actors? He likes listening to all of the local performers, and he reads about anything he can.

Political stance? Are they active in politics or do they not care? While he doesn't get a say in what goes on between kingdoms, he has very strong beliefs about the Humans and likes to think himself active in the political movements.

What are some of their pet peeves? Nail-biting, people who purposely make things click or make noise over and over.

What sort of gifts do they like? Honestly, he's not very picky. He thinks it's not really about the gift, but the giver. :-)

What is their favorite time of day? Favorite weather? Season? Late afternoon, sunny but breezy, and spring!

Where do they like to spend their time? The library or the church.

Favorite food? Favorite drink? Hot drinks, soft drinks, or alcohol? He really likes the different stews they serve at the castle, but he would have to say his favorite food is probably something like mushrooms. He's not a big fan of alcohol, but he'll take a pint of the weakest stuff any time he's pressured/feeling a little stressed.

Favorite animal? Rabbits! They're all around the garden and they're super friendly.

Do they have any pets? Do they want any? He really hasn't got the time for them.

What relaxes them? Being alone in peaceful places, praying and performing rituals. Spending time with the king, sometimes.

Do they have any bad habits? He tends to bite his lip and the inside of his cheek. Also, knocking together his knuckles when he's nervous or upset.

Day 3

Choose a different time period and describe what your character would have been like in that time period.

The 1950s - America

Perhaps at a younger age, around 15-16, Butters would probably fit into the 50's with all kinds of grace. Curious, wide-eyed, easily shaped... perfect!

He'd be one of the socials, spending his time at diners and sock hops listening to the music of the day. Of course, he'd be a big fan of rockabilly and swing.

Even so, his size and femininity, as well as his reluctance to work hard with sports, would leave him the object of torture among his classmates and peers, especially those in a different clique.

Like people of that era, he'd be one of the terrified people locked in the McCarthyist rule, terrified by the 'communist scare' because it's his parents' instruction.

Also like people of that time, as the 50's grew to an end, he'd be fascinated by Sputnik and the new age of space exploration and NASA.

Day 2

Extras of Appearance:

How do they usually dress? What do they wear to sleep? Do they wear jewelry?: Butters wears typical paladin wear, though usually his outfits consist of a light armor over a tunic and trousers. He usually wears his full outfit when in situations where he must be social/make a good impression, and in battle he wears a slightly sturdier, though similar, outfit. For sleep he wears a pair of old trousers from his days in the academy. As for jewelry, he has his headband, a gold-gilded band with a bright red jewel in the center. He has a small pendant (a token of his home village) that he pins to his breast, as well. 

Is there anything about their appearance they wish they could change?: Butters hates that he's so small and feminine. While it comes in handy, it leaves him as the object of torture among the castle's inhabitants.

How would they look as the opposite sex?: ...don't ask about Marjorine. (He's been told he's a wonderful lady.)

What do they smell like? Why (do they wear the scent or does it occur naturally)?: As he's rather particular with hygiene, he smells like amber and cinnamon. He also tends to smell like the holy oils.

Do they have an accurate mental picture of their appearance (how they see themselves versus how the world sees them)?: His mental image is rather good on the physical side, but not any other way. He sees himself as much more of a sniveling coward than he actually is.

Basics and cosmetic:

Age? 20 Date of Birth? September 11 Hair color? Blonde Eye color? Blue Skin color/nationality? White as hell. He might be the palest human, and that's saying a lot. Accent? He has one of the least well hidden southern accents known to man, but he tries his best to cover it with formal language and overcompensating fluff and fanciness in speech. (He's such a home town baby and he hates it.) Height? 5'3" (160 cm) Weight? 120lbs (54kg) Tattoos? None Piercings? None Birthmarks? He has a birthmark on the back of his left elbow, and it looks like a very tiny heart. Disfigurements? None Scars? One that cuts across his eye from an unfortunate accident during training. Do they have any nicknames? Where did they come from? He has a few rather rude nicknames that stem from his incompetence in battle, but none that he's aware of otherwise. (Okay, there is one that extends from one drunken night at the Giggling Donkey where he was convinced--rather stupidly--to wear a dress, but if you call him Marjorine he might actually cry.)
