Savor these incredibly tasty, grain-free, and gluten-free Paleo brownie bites. A healthier take on classic brownies, these bite-sized treats are enhanced with cocoa powder, sweetened with maple syrup, and made with almond and coconut flour.
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 2 eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips optional.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C. In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips if desired. Using a tablespoon, scoop the dough and roll it into balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
