first off rambley headcanon because he’s my pookie :D
i love him but i headcanon that rambley has a pretty fragile ego that’s only a wee bit obvious-
like, rambley’s programmed to be incredibly proud of the indigo park brand and all it’s merch, to the point where he just openly insults any toys that aren’t indigo park liscensed XD
that and the fact that he’s so pissed that EUGH, L L O Y D is implied to be more popular than him makes me headcanon that rambley’s sometimes very insecure about the possibility of “competition” that takes away from appreciation towards him. in fact, it’s probably worse than it would normally be, given his obvious abandonment issues that he has being locked away for so long before the player came along- poor guy just wants to be loved like the good ol’ days :(
pshh, not that he would admit it! he’s rambley, he’s just a ray of marketable sunshine! :D
and now my less angsty headcanon, these lil squirrels that salem mind controls via potion in the arcade minigame are actually her minions in-universe:
i mean, duh! what’s an evil overlord herself without puntable imps to follow her around and go “YA, YOU TELL ‘IM, BAWSS” and nasally laugh along with her >_>
but they’re actually TERRIBLE at their jobs due to being just, real life squirrels that are Evil- they can still talk though cause i think these two memes but with them would be really funny :p
adding onto that, i headcanon there’s probably a real-world equivalent of them that would probably follow monster salem around a lot and try to kill the protag, kinda like the plush smiling critters from poppy playtime ch. 3 :0
