is there a label for people whose sexual attraction fluctuates between bi and pan?

Here are some that may fit you! :)

Panbi-/Bipan-: identifying as bisexual & pansexual, as if all of their definitions fit you or you’re a mix of both, or fluctuating between pansexual and bisexual identities.

Duo-: having two or more well defined orientations that you switch between.

Or you could just say you have a Fluid orientation. Depends on how specific you want to be.
