TFW you’re one of 6 people working in your *whole company* right now, and you wake up with a KILLER migraine, so you completely forget about the mandatory weekly conference call. The call that was scheduled for 30 minutes before we normally start work? So I was driving to work during the call... and my phone didn’t chime to remind me (in fact the call appt didn’t even save to my phone calendar?), and not a single person texted me to see where I was at. Not even the admin who’s job it is to reach out when someone misses a meeting. Zip. Nada. Nothing. But my boss made sure to ask multiple times on the call if anyone knew where I was!!!!!!!!!!
Also because I’m light and smell sensitive right now due to migraine, the smell of bleach that I use to clean my store is making me gag into a trash can. I’ve turned half the lights off in the store and I think it’s helping a little?
Man, we’re gonna get through today, but it’s gonna be struggle. And God help any customer who wants non-essential help today, cause they’re gonna catch some attitute. Or watch me puke into the trash. Could go either way. 😅🙃
