It’s not a knock-off of Panera or whatever soup place has the latest best soup. They’ve been making soup at this location for at least two decades. Brocolli cheddar soup 1 tbsp butter 2 cups cream/half n half 2 cups chicken or veggie broth 1/4 cup flour 1/2 onion 2 cup brocolli florets Carrot 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese Salt and pepper Nutmeg Cook onion in butter. Throw in and whisk flour. Then add cream & broth. Let simmer for 20 mins then throw in brocolli and carrots and let that summer for another 20 mins. Eventually add cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Mix in cheese till it's melted. Serve hot.
