A tactical question. Why would the British Men of Letters think they could apply their methods of monster control to the United States anyway? Great Britain is a lot smaller in size and population. Its land mass is about the same as Alabama’s, and its population is only equivalent to California’s and Texas’ combined--dense for that total area but still a lot fewer bodies to track than all 50 states. And it’s fucking islands--limited access. Where does “pants suit with an accent” think she’s going to get the personnel for the kind of organization she envisions for Making America Safe Again? A loose brotherhood of hunters who hang out in road houses?
