You’re welcome!! I’m glad you’re interested in the books. They’re about four boys and a girl. the books are about them trying to find a dead welsh King and there is this magical forest and so much magic in general. I don’t think one could actually summarize these books in a good way so that someone who hasn’t read them understand what they’re about. Its really hard to say something about the books without spoilers. But it’s also mostly the characters that make these books so great. They all have their own story and you have to look at the characters to analyze what the books are about:
Its about a boy with a broken family who is very poor trying to make something good with his life and working day in day out for what he wants to archive.It’s about a boy whose family fell apart and who has completely changed every since and is not completely cold and an asshole but actually so good at heart, and he’s trying to deal with what has happened to him.It’s about a boy who is a ghost and is trying to feel alive again.It’s about a rich boy, who is going to die in a year ( not a spoiler, this was said in the first few pages of the first book ) trying to find a dead welsh King, and everyone thinks he’s the happiest of them but he isn’t. He is just as sad and troubled and screwed as the others sometimes.It’s about a girl who feels completely out of place, who can’t even kiss her true love, who is a freak among freaks, finally finding the group of people she wants to be friends with and building such a strong friendship. ( I quote “friendship of the unbreakable kind, friendship you could swear on” )
So yeah. This is what it’s about. Also it gets really gay so yeah you should read it :)
