The sweet, hot, late summer air filled Noah's lungs, the sounds of children running around and teenagers laughing in massive groups encircled her ears. It was a lot for her heightened senses, but at the request of her older brothers, she came to the carnival anyway. They saw it as a chance for her to really let herself enjoy the summer, to try to make more friends. So far, nothing had went wrong, it never could with Daniel and Theo walking on either side of her, but Noah was counting down the moments in her head until something went wrong. Of course, that was a horrible attitude to have, but she couldn't help it. something always happened when she tried to enjoy herself. She had gotten some cotton candy and decided to let her brothers have some fun on their own for a little while, watching them ride one of the several roller coasters at the carnival before wandering off a bit. She'd never been the type to like such things, she always got sick. She stopped at a game and thought to play. It seemed simple enough, shoot water at a target until the little character hit the top. She gave the person at the booth the dollar it was to play and sat down, glancing down at the other people who had decided to play. She caught eyes with one person in particular, but quickly looked away as the bell rung to start the game.
