as she’s called out, rapunzel blinks as a smile curls about her soft lips.  she’s not one for staring, normally, though she can zone out from time to time -- usually following a night full of minimal sleep from staying up into the very late hours sketching.   though that wasn’t necessarily the case -- he was blocking the view she was trying to recreate with her pencil.  “honey?  is that really your reaction to being accidentally stared at?”  her words were met with a playful roll of her eyes, a soft laugh passing by her lips.  “if you’d turn around you’d see why i’m staring.”

She has the biggest shoes to fill. No queen is as loved as Clarisse in her mind, and no one more amazing at this. Mia breathes in and out, sitting on the throne and changing position over and over again. “Are you sure I have to do this? Can we wait another day? Or month? Or year?” The coronation is tomorrow. This county is going to be under her rule tomorrow, and Mia is s scarred. “How did you do it? I ... I don’t know what to do.”

For years, being a vampire is lonely. He hates his brother, he can’t seem to get Katherine out of his mind, and there’s nothing to do to pass the time. It feels lifeless, adventures blending together; but then she comes into his life. Lexi changes everything, bringing out the best in him, in all of them. It is something to behold. He sits in the pressed suit, enjoying the 70s and the new music that they’re listening to together. Stefan grabs her hand to dance with her, taking her away to the dance floor. “You’re mine! There’s no one else I’d rather dance with out here.” He laughs, kissing her forehead. His best friend is something to behold.

She’s doing this for Rory! Lorelai keeps reminding herself that when she walks to the front of her house. It’s hard for her to ask her parents for help ever, but this time, for her daughter’s birthday, she knows Emily will want to be involved. She knocks on the door, before mildly thinking of running away. When it opens, Lorelai forces a smile, trying not to look as desperate as she is to give her kid what she deserves. “I just wanted to stop by before going to the inn to talk to you about Rory’s birthday next week Mom.”

sorry only went so far, but from certain people it was appreciated.  it was a temporary relief from the trauma she’d endured.  soft green eyes looked up to him when he made his promise, and as if she’d been thinking about it, she paused for a moment only to nod in response.  “that sounds like a pretty nice promise.  yes, it’s a deal.  no lies, not ever.  ever ever.”
