Functional Ouija Board

A functional Ouija Board for the Sims 4! This object is based on the Seance Table from the Paranormal Stuff pack, and your Sims can interact with it to Commune with the Departed, Sense Spiritual Volatility, Summon Bonehilda... whatever spooky tasks your psychic Sims' hearts desire!
Tool of the devil? A harmless family game? A Ouija Board is a flat board marked with ancient Simlish runes which allows your Sims to summon spirits and commune with the dead.
You can find it under Miscellaneous Activities in Buy mode, or you can search "Ouija Board".
There are 5 swatches.
Instructions for use
Use cheat: bb.moveobjects on
Place Ouija Board where you want it.
Place a chair or chairs so that it interacts and locks with the Board.
Then use 'moveobjects on' cheat to place table underneath the Ouija Board.
Do not place Ouija Board on table and chairs already paired together.

I was so inspired by this pack I built 2 houses for it! This has the new unique lot type “haunted house” which you need to set in order to experience the new pack.
I think this build shows just how moody and eclectic the items can look when styled this way. The homes are built with just the Paranormal and BG to push myself to see just how i could use just those packs together, and really showcase the items.
What I like: pretty much everything. I like how the items are clearly different from other styles from previous packs, but can also be used in conjunction with BG content to fill the gaps that are unavoidable with the size of an SP. The clutter you get in this pack is also really lovely. There is even a cowplant terrarium!
They really did pull off the bohemian/eclectic style in my eyes. The standout items for me is the floral wallpaper in really rich colours, the MCM-style sofa and armchair, and the cylindrical metal side table.
There are also some great debug items you can get from playing the haunted house or the gig career.
What i would have added (or going to add): Like a lot of packs, the MCM style sofa and armchair really needs a loveseat. That should be easy to add once I get my hands on an updated S4S. The more classic style seating also needs a sofa version. That may be a bit tricker to add. I would have loved to see a bed in the style as well (BG beds suck, lets be honest here).
There is a large plant in a jar and would have like if it was a tad smaller and could be used on surfaces. one of my fave decor items we got and would have made it even more useable.
This is a stuff pack though, and I really love the direction of it. It’s more about experience and environment, a trend away from say “Luxury Party Stuff” we got way back when. If this is what the team are moving more towards, I think that is a good move. But at the end of the day, it is still a stuff pack, and will not be fleshed out like a game pack or expansion. That is just the way the packs are structured. But it is making them far more appealing. Is it going to be for everyone? No. But i like that some of the quirkiness is coming back.

Ever since Noelle moved into the house of her late grandmother Aurelia and started practicing her magic skills along with her knowledge of plants and herbs weird things started happening...
Well, paranormal activity isn’t her specialty. However her friend, Chloé, is gifted. Even though Chloé is still learning about her skills and gift, Noelle thought it might be a good idea to ask her to move in. Until she at least knows whats going on inside Hawthorne estate...
I know its like... super late but i still would like to do some gameplay with this pack since i didn’t have the opportunity due to the hard drive crash a few weeks ago. Hope you guys enjoy! :3
Maybe Some Paranormal Gameplay!
I bought the Paranormal SP solely for the CAS and buy/build but I have yet to play or make a build/buy with it.
So now it’s time to take some of the Hunted Embers peeps on a side adventure!

There is a spooky painting in this pack, and I decided to build a house inspired by it. I chose not to make this a haunted house, to show the usability of the content found in the SP. There is a huge difference in the feel of these rooms even though I still only used basegame and Paranormal items. Despite being a more bohemian/eclectic style, I found it very versatile, or more versatile then I expected.
I also really love patterned wallpaper. Wallpaper needs more love (so do tiles). Compared to the previous build, this is far lighter and brighter. The soft colours create a very inviting home and i love the outcome. So i am really happy how usable the items are, and how you can go from moody to airy with the swatches. Not everything can be designed in that way.
