It was a quiet, lazy Sunday. Most students were huddled back in their warm dorms of the castle, studying for Monday's expected pop quizzes and finishing their papers for Professor Kent's class. The first snow of the school year had began, and not many were willing to go through the snow flurries to get to Hogsmeade. However, Bette was craving some licorice wands and had managed to make it to Honeydukes without freezing to death. There weren't many students inside, which Bette actually preferred. It could get incredibly noisy inside the shop.
Stepping over to where the licorice wands were, she noticed only one box left, and smiled. "Guess I got here just in time..." The blonde thought to herself, before reaching out to grab the candy. However, another hand got to it right as she was about to, causing her to bump into the other person. "Oh! I'm sorry, didn't see you there."
