Nostalgia - How I met my partner.
People get nostalgia over different things, it could be a song, a movie, a joke or some pictures. In our case, nostalgia kicks in when we are around food. While making fried channa the other day, the memories of our strolls through Bangalore streets, munching nuts, kept coming back.
So it is my turn in the kitchen today. Wifey is vegetarian. That means, I am in charge of buying, cutting and marinating the chicken. She would then carefully take the marinated chicken into the disk, with the longest ladle she can find. So today, it Butter Chicken time. Thankfully nobody else is around to taste my cooking, so I would say it was delicious
First marriage Anniversary week coming up.. Planning a big surprise
While working in India, I had a “routine” with my colleagues which we followed religiously.
