headcanon that a contributing factor to Lance’s frustration with Keith is that he totally tried to flirt with Keith once, and Keith neither flirted back, nor did the usual reaction to Lance’s flirting of ‘please stop this’, but instead just. didn’t get it at all.

And it just pissed Lance off. like regardless of how serious he was flirting. he just. hasn’t gotten over it to this day.
