“D-daaaddyyyyy!”
Arganan looked to the little three year old tugging at his pant leg, blinking once.
“What is it, little one?” He asked quietly, smiling at the child. The fact that he and Barnaby had a kid was...it was cute, honestly. He’d never expected it to happen but it did and it was wonderful.
“Wh-when is mommy coming home?”
Arganan smiled, ruffling the little child’s hair a bit with one hand. “I’m sure she’ll be home soon. Now remember, don’t tell her about accidentally using your power on the television and everything will be fine. This is a secret between the two of us.”
“O-okay, daddy!”
Yes. It turns out said child had the same power that Barnaby did. And might have Arganan’s power of 99.99% accuracy.
Oh goodness.
Arganan hoped Barnaby didn’t find out about the broken television. He hid it nicely (kind of) and so he hoped the other would not notice its absence from the living room...
