Boy: *has crush on me*
Me: *feels deeply uncomfortable and anxious*
Me: I must be in love with him
really and truly i understand why everyone in the world wants to go to paris all the time. like i do also understand the haters. i think that's valid too. but it's just so full of beautiful buildings and parks and scenery and churches and stories and bookstores and cafes and little ways to have a good time...
the post calling baguettes a trans icon that circulates on here from time to time helps me every time i'm in a french bakery because previously i would always be so unsure if what i wanted was feminine or masculine in french 😭
day one in paris i first got lost in the backrooms or whatever the kids say and had to go back and forth between 3 train stations that all smell like urine (quintessential paris experience when u first arrive) but i have MADE IT (photos under the cut)
throwin some museum pictures at u today! i went to the city historical museum, which is FREE and also has a lot of old interiors from private mansions/palaces that no longer exist and were moved there for conservation. highly recommended.
it was another rainy day in paris today..
my dad came into town today. dinner photos under the cut!
