no … in my au espers dont have any significant visual differences so party wearing the mask is a purely shame thing . they suffer from esper guilt if that makes sense??? like ⸝⸝ feeling incapable of maintaining any bond bc their power inherently gives them unfair power . they know meat likes them ⸝⸝ but refuse to tell him for fear of outing themself as an esper & for fear of entering a relationship .
