I suppose today is a "Pasta and cleaning" sort of day.
This is a not subtle way of saying "Send in your funniest jokes and the best one gets some pasta when I'm done."

this was hands down some of the best chicken i’ve ever made. i will die on the hill that dark meat is better
roast chicken leg/back- seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. made an alfredo-style sauce with cream, mascarpone, parmesan, garlic, and some smoked paprika. salad was from a bag but a nice combo with the pasta and chicken!
and double posting:
pan fried porkchop, spaghetti with a homemade marinara sauce, and a buttermilk biscuit with garlic butter!
back after another month hiatus lmao
turns out nursing school is really intense and consumes most of my time so cooking and baking have really taken a back seat.
tonight i made some roasted veggies, lemon pepper sole, and spaghetti alfredo!
been a minute but i’m back! (started a new job and have been busy with life so haven’t been in the kitchen having fun as much as i’d like to lately!)
terrible plating but here we have spaghetti with shrimp, squid, octopus, and mussels tossed in a radish green pesto and finished with a sprinkle of balsamic vinegar and parmesan! soooo good and bright and perfect for the hot summery weather we’re getting right now!
more homemade sauces tonight! a rushed, improvised bolognese over some whole grain pasta. side caesar salad!
Whoops it’s 8:30 and I haven’t eaten today...
